Study the garment arrangement
Find images of the bag fully opened and compare them with the length and bulk of your intended clothing. Check how hangers or folded garments are accommodated, without assuming either system is included. Leave room for the rest of the load so shoes and toiletries do not undermine the arrangement you bought it for.
Evaluate conversion when fully packed
A garment bag may be used flat while packing and differently during travel. Confirm the sequence for closing and attaching straps, and consider where you would perform it at the destination. Check the final exterior measurements against travel constraints; the carrying mode does not by itself determine baggage eligibility.
Compare it with your actual load
Put this model beside another backpack in the comparison tool. Missing figures stay marked as unknown, so you can see which measurements need checking before you buy.
