Make the school-to-work comparison concrete
If the bag will cross between classes and a job, identify the items that stay inside and those you swap out. A good layout for your purposes should accommodate that change without making frequently used belongings difficult to reach. Seek interior photographs showing the largest compartment and smaller storage areas before comparing convenience.
Ask for evidence behind the shorthand
Waterproof and light appear as descriptive language in the listing, without a test standard or measured weight. Request more detail if either drives the decision. Also confirm whether electronics storage is built in. A school or work label alone does not promise a padded laptop sleeve, bottle pocket or a particular organizational system.
